IC staining of PHOX2B in immersion fixed IMR-32 human neuroblastoma cell line using P4079-03D at 10ug/ml for 3h at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated anti-goat IgG and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei and cytoplasm.
